Working from home has some advantages; colleagues can't judge you for working in slippers, you can sneak a workout in midday, you're also not rushing out the door in the morning like a typical workday.

With a little more time on their hands and a stocked pantry, our most seasoned Brave eaters have created some delicious and innovative toppings for each flavor.

 

Apple Spice

Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
  • ½ an apple, finely diced
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Take Brave out of fridge and let sit for 1 hour or until breakfast comes to room temperature
  • Saute the apple pieces on low heat until soft
  • Add a dash of cinnamon towards the end
  • Top Brave with the apple, butter, and cinnamon combination

 

Mocha Chip

Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
  • ¼ of a finely chopped fresh banana
  • ⅛ cup of blackberries

Instructions

  • Take Brave out of fridge and let sit for 1 hour or until breakfast comes to room temperature
  • Saute the bananas and blackberries together until their soft and bananas begin to brown
  • Top Brave with your saute mixture

 

Tropical Coconut

Ingredients

  • ½  tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
  • ½ a finely chopped fresh banana

Instructions

  • Take Brave out of fridge and let sit for 1 hour or until breakfast comes to room temperature
  • Saute the banana pieces until the begin to brown
  • Top Brave with your saute mixture
